Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Shipping – 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping – 1–2 business days
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your contact email] and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Stay Sharpe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the order total.
